Happy Mother's Day

To the women who are struggling with infertility, longing for a child of your own. I see you and I'm praying for you.

To the woman who has lost her child, my heart breaks for you.

To the women who choose not to be mothers, I am so proud of you for making your own choice about your life and what you want.

To the sons and daughters who have lost their mothers and are mourning their loss today, I hope you find strength in the memories you hold of her.

To the sons and daughters who long to have a loving and supportive mother, but were sadly not gifted with that blessing. I hope you know that you are loved and that some women were not meant to be mothers, and that is not your fault.

To my sisters through blood and through friendship, I want to take a moment to tell you that you are one of the greatest gifts in my life. You are the mothers that have gone before me and now walk side by side with me on my own journey of motherhood. I would be lost without your support and guidance.

To my husband, without you I wouldn’t be a mother at all. We created the most beautiful daughter and to you I am forever grateful for that gift.

To my mother. You gave me life. You continue to support and love me and are the most caring and loving Grammy. I never knew the love you had for me, until I became a mother myself. God gave me you because he knew I needed a strong woman to show me what it meant to be a strong woman. I love you.
